Caroline's Dairy Caroline’s Dairy is part of Chalder Farm in Sidlesham, south of Chichester, West Sussex. Producing luxury ice cream that is described as simple, honest and delicious. They were the winners of the Best Sussex Food Producer in 2011.

Highdown Vineyard Nestles on the Southern slopes of the South Downs, between Littlehampton and Worthing. The vineyard was originally planted in 1985 with 6 varieties of grapes.
High Weald Dairy This is a family run business that produces award winning speciality cheeses from organic sheep milk and organic cows' milk. The range includes hard and soft English style cheese and Mediterranean style cheese like Hallumi and Feta.

Nut Knowle Farm established in 1979, and now produces a comprehensive range of Vegetarian, Pasteurised Goats Milk Cheeses to suit all palates. The cheeses are lovingly made by had in Horam, East Sussex.
Ouse Valley Foods Of paramount importance is the hand prepared aspect of these products. As far as possible, they use a variety of locally grown as well as foraged produce. Only small batches are made at any one time. Using a minimum of 50% fruit or vegetables and their own unique blends of herbs and spices in all of the recipes.
Paynes Southdown Bee Farms Paynes supply honey from their own hives, from the South Downs in Sussex, to a range of honeys from around the world. They also supply a range of jams and marmalades and many other fine foods.
Traditional Cheese Diary The Traditional Cheese Dairy is located in the picturesque village of Stonegate, East Sussex. The dairy itself has been in operation for many years, and has always maintained traditional, hand-made methods to make a varied selection of quality English cheeses. All of their award winning premium cheeses are made using unpasteurised, cows, ewes and goats milk, all of which, are suitable for vegetarians.
Ringden Farm Producers of a range of over 20 award-winning single variety apple juices. The use of traditional pressing methods and slow pasteurisation preserves the real flavour of English apples.
