Damon and Maria have enjoyed sourcing and sampling a variety of local artisian products in addition to some very special British and International foods. Below we have listed links to those companies that have their own websites which you may find of interest.

We will be showcasing our suppliers and their products, usually on Thursday afternoons, so please feel free to pop in and sample their offerings.  Further details can be found on the Events page.

Caroline's Dairy   Caroline’s Dairy is part of Chalder Farm in Sidlesham, south of Chichester, West Sussex.  Producing luxury ice cream that is described as simple, honest and delicious.

Charcuterie Direct   Gourmet cured meats and salami products direct from Normandy.

CocoaLoco   They are a small family firm that bake everything in their kitchen from scratch.   Refusing to compromise on the quality of the ingredients and they create handmade organic products in a way that minimises the impact on the environment.

Deerview Products  Producing a range of superb, high quality jams, marmalades, chutneys, mustards and sauces since 1991. The firm's priority is to source all of their fresh ingredients as locally as possible.

Fab Food Company   Located in Bognor Regis this company is our nearest supplier, providing a range of decadent cakes, tray bakes and desserts.

Farmhouse Cookery   Specialising in traditional English baking, providing a wide range of fruit cakes, sponges, tea breads and pavlovas.

Gran Stead's Ginger     Made to a traditional recipe, now over 150 years old, all natural ingredients, including oil extracted from the shizome of the ginger plant.  The result is a mellow versatile drink for both summer and winter.

High Weald Dairy   This is a family run business who produce award winning speciality cheeses from organic sheep milk and organic cows' milk.  The range includes hard and soft English style cheese and Mediterranean style cheese like Hallumi and Feta.

Montezuma's     Award winning British chocolate.   Never compromising in using the very finest ingredients, often organic and always GM free.

Nut Knowle Farm   established in 1979, and now produces a comprehensive range of Vegetarian, Pasteurised Goats Milk Cheeses to suit all palates.  The cheeses are lovingly made by had in Horam, East Sussex.

Ouse Valley Foods    Of paramount importance is the hand prepared aspect of these products.  As far as possible, they use a variety of locally grown as well as foraged produce.  Only small batches are made at any one time.  Using a minimum of 50% fruit or vegetables and their own unique blends of herbs and spices in all of the recipes.

Paynes Southdown Bee Farms   Paynes supply honey from their own hives, from the South Downs in Sussex, to a range of honeys from around the world. They also supply a range of jams and marmalades and many other fine foods.

Traditional Cheese Diary    The Traditional Cheese Dairy is located in the picturesque village of Stonegate, East Sussex. The dairy itself has been in operation for many years, and has always maintained traditional, hand-made methods to make a varied selection of quality English cheeses.   All of their award winning premium cheeses are made using unpasteurised, cows, ewes and goats milk, all of which, are suitable for vegetarians.

Ringden Farm     Producers of a range of over 20 award-winning single variety apple juices. The use of traditional pressing methods and slow pasteurisation preserves the real flavour of English apples.

Slindon Bakery  Owned and managed by Andy Turner-Cross, the bakery was founded when he came to live at the original bakehouse 22 years ago. "There had been a bakery on this site since 1740".

Stratta         Stratta products are lovingly made in Sussex using the finest ingredients.  Luscious soft fruits are steeped in white wine vinegar to extract the full flavour and colour then filtered and sweetened.

Sussex Gold   having farmed in the Weald of Sussex since 1946. Priors Byne Farm is situated in the Adur Valley with views of the South Downs.  Production of Sussex Gold Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil in July 2007 using Rapeseed grown on the Farm to our own very high standards.

The Chilli Jam Company   All of these products are made from the best fresh ingredients, local wherever possible and do not contain any artificial preservatives or additives. They are all superb accompaniments to cheese, salads, vegetarian and vegan dishes and all hot and cold meats.

The Country Victualler   A small family firm producing gourmet foods.  This husband and wife team have always aimed to produce traditional quality food.   All products are developed with care and attention to quality and taste.

The Greek Deli    The sole UK importers for most of the top Greek brands including the superb award winning Latzimas Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Yorkshire Crisps   Luxury hand cooked crisps with completely natural flavours and no additives.
